Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming calls and emails from members promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution of their inquiries and issues

  • Provide accurate information on arenaflex products, services, and policies, ensuring that members have a clear understanding of their benefits and coverage
  • Process transactions and update member accounts with precision and attention to detail, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries or escalated issues, ensuring that members receive the support they need
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies, and maintain a deep understanding of the health care industry and its trends

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
