Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, and assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and handling cash transactions accurately
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Utilizing computer systems to manage customer accounts and data entry tasks
  • Providing support for sales initiatives by promoting products and services as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks
  • Experience with cash handling is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) will have an advantage in this role
