Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Associate to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctors' offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients. You'll also be responsible for receiving, processing, and ensuring document classification are completed and transmitted to clients, as well as sorting, imaging, and archiving documents by form type.

Key Responsibilities

* Process documents electronically

  • Make outbound calls to doctors' offices (as volume permits)
  • Process claims
  • Receive, process, and ensure document classification are completed and transmitted to clients
  • Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
  • Sort, image, and archive documents by form type
  • Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
  • Classify documents based on contract requirements
  • Verify data from automated data extraction tools
  • Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Comply with all policies and standards

Position Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalency

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
  • Must be able to pass a typing test
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and be willing to work overtime if needed
  • Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Experience with computers and navigating through application software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be available to work weekends and on holidays if required
