Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, working with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our Lighting New York brand. You'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Work independently to manage a high-volume call center environment
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Availability to work flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the Lighting Industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management software and call center technology
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales and commission-based environments
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60-day provisional period
