Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting, and technical support to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic English writing skills required; proficiency in multiple languages a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Reliable internet connectivity and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Familiarity with business management software or similar tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
