Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Recording and Organizing Customer Interactions: Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records and improve customer experiences.
  • Upselling and Scheduling: Identify opportunities to upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple customer interactions, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

To succeed as a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via email, and through other communication platforms.
