Job Summary
The Technology SCM Category Manager is a key role that requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence. As a trusted advisor, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Technology suppliers, particularly those related to Air Operations groups, including Flight Operations, Network Operations Control, and Inflight Operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management: Lead strategic sourcing events, negotiations, and drafting of contracts to maximize supplier value and mitigate arenaflex's risk.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure suppliers successfully meet business objectives and provide exceptional service to arenaflex's customers.
- Air Operations Technology Spend and Supplier Issues: Serve as a consultant in Air Operations Technology spend and supplier-related issues, providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders.
- Mentorship and Development: Mentor more junior level colleagues in this space, helping to develop their skills and expertise.
- Category Management: Develop and implement category management strategies to optimize arenaflex's Technology spend and drive business value.
Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years
of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven track record
of success in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
