Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, following up with clients, and providing personalized support to ensure they understand their benefits and have access to the resources they need. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities
  • Customer service or customer relationship experience

Preferred Qualifications
