Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an exceptional user experience

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a tech or start-up environment
- 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, computer science)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in chat support or a related customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of intercom and/or other chat platforms
