Job Overview
As an e-Fulfilment Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing online platforms and tools developed by our team. You'll work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility and work-life balance you deserve.
Key Responsibilities
As an e-Fulfilment Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
- Investigating discrepancies as they arise
- Completing additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- A high school diploma or GED required
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
