Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:

As an Operations Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Leading a team of hourly workforce:

Support, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve exceptional performance, quality, and attendance.

Maintaining customer expectations:

Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers' doors.

Managing safety, quality, and productivity:

Develop plans to meet business objectives, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for your team.

Collaborating with support teams:

Work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to drive business success.

Physical demands:

Lift up to 49 pounds, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.

Work environment:

Work in an environment with variable noise levels and temperatures, and be prepared to work in outdoor loading departments.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $20 to $28 per hour, based on qualifications.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
