Job Summary

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, report compilation, filing, and communication with various departments. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Office applications, industry software, and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter daily work orders into systems with accuracy and efficiency

  • Assemble and reconcile reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Perform various clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other tasks as assigned
  • Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry software, to perform tasks and duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of data entry experience in operations or a similar service environment, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm

  • 1 year of office clerk experience, with a proven track record of exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various departments and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in recycling or a related field, although not necessary

  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its features and applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Physical Demands

* Ability to organize various office systems, including adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding, for the purpose of proper records development and/or management

  • Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time
