We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Quality Assurance and Operations Improvement team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. As a Process Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of the pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities.
- Audit, track, and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes.
- Interact with the business, automation & technology teams to help drive operational and system improvements.
- Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve process goals and objectives.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following essential qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
