Job Summary

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our content development team to analyze large-scale, high-layered data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop predictive models to inform content strategy. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-layered data sets to inform business decisions

• Investigate customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform securing decisions
• Collaborate with the content development team to advance our content launch and episode release strategy
• Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide specialized analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of data analysis experience
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field

• Passion for media and entertainment
