Key Responsibilities
As a Customer, Event, & Experience Agent with arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in planning and booking exceptional sports trips for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, offering expert advice on suitable destinations, transportation options, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
- Planning and arranging transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and additional services as needed to create comprehensive travel itineraries
- Utilizing effective communication and sales techniques to present clients with appealing travel packages, including event tickets, hotel stays, airline reservations, and car rentals
- Providing exceptional customer support throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless travel planning experience
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of client interactions, travel arrangements, and other relevant information
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Authorization to work within the United States
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach (a background in sales is a plus)
- Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity; laptop recommended but not mandatory
