Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residential and business customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to residential and business customers via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers
• Utilize computer software and systems to access customer information and resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

• An understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
• Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and the ability to learn new software
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Ability to handle private and confidential information
• A work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications

* Work experience in a call center environment

• Good conflict resolution skills and the ability to de-escalate customer issues
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems

Schedule

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

• Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
• Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

Location

This is a work-from-home position, and you will be required to work from your primary residence located in an arenaflex service area.
