Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative – Resolution Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from customers, stores, and partners
  • Utilizing various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Providing expert-level support in a conversational manner, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrating dependability, reliability, and a commitment to resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • Effective completion of any required training or certification programs

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
