Job Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our administrative functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Data Entry:
Accurately and efficiently enter patient and account data into our internal accounting system, utilizing your typing skills (minimum 45 wpm) and 10-key touch.
Document Management:
Edit and/or create PDF files or Excel files as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Customer Service:
Respond to queries from hospital partners, patients, attorneys, or other agencies, providing timely and professional assistance.
HIPAA Compliance:
Adhere to strict HIPAA guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information.
Other Duties:
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
High School Diploma:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Technical Skills:
A good working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Exchange email is essential.
Customer Service:
Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor.
Communication:
Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally, as well as interact professionally with colleagues, patients, public, and client staff members.
