Job Summary

As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer cases, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven recommendations to drive process enhancements. You'll work closely with our ECR leadership team to develop and implement strategies that will elevate the customer experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze customer cases to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven recommendations to drive process enhancements

  • Use customer case data, observations, and reporting to get a clear picture of the customer's journey and ways to improve
  • Conduct research and interpret results, translating findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership
  • Provide leadership team insights with process or improvement strategies
  • Work closely with ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on recommendations
  • Review customer cases, interpret the life cycle, provide root cause analysis, and make recommendations on improvements
  • Analyze data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations and reporting that are shared with key stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

* High School or GED

  • 1-2 Years Contact Center Experience
  • 2-3 Years Customer Service Experience
  • 1-2 Years Experience in data analytics, performance reporting

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience in data validation

  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis
  • Experience in analytics implementation
  • Proven skill level in Excel, such as pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
  • Proven skill level in PowerPoint

Compensation and Perks

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we offer a range of perks and incentives, including:
