Experienced Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant – Remote Opportunity at arenaflex
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our remote team, you will play a vital role in developing and sustaining coverage, providing departmental ideas on efficiency, and creating data versions to solve numerous quantitative tasks. You will work closely with technology on service demands and data storage facility options to meet department demands.

Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for creating new, modifying existing, and performing ad-hoc coverage in support of business processes and data-driven decision making.
- Possess the ability to create significant dashboards on Power BI and Excel.
- Develop robust Records Quality specifications and management to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Manage and create new data pipelines from source devices to the Data Warehouse.
- Collaborate closely with Monitoring and Business Analysts to understand business needs, preserve complete records, and obtain business sign-offs for all reporting necessities, from daily operational records to high-level metrics.
- Produce, maintain, and establish scalable data pipelines and data construction.
- Utilize data storytelling principles to generate clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI.
- Help automate existing business processes and enhance exception-based reporting.
- Partner with IT and bachelor's degrees to discover, analyze, and obtain new data variables (data mining).
- Evaluate large datasets to identify relevant patterns that provide actionable results.
- Vitally evaluate information gathered from various sources and resolve discrepancies.
- Validate data for formality by verifying against requirements.
- Research data errors and remediate poor data.
- Participate in the Data Governance course by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods.
- Examine and validate metrics are effective and provide reviews to team leaders of styles that need attention.
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience performing comprehensive data analysis.
- Strong experience working with Power BI.
- Familiarity with various disclosing objects like Dimensions, Solutions, Filters, Computed Area, makeovers, parameters, conditional formatting, DAX queries, Interactions, etc. in Power BI.
- Knowledge of DAX, SQL, M Code.
- Proficient in SQL, capable of writing sophisticated SQL to create files and analytics.
- Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations.
- Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures.
- Problem-solving with statistical evaluation with large data collections highly preferable.
- Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query.
- Experience with Smartsheets.
- Strong effort in the progression and timely completion of projects and deadlines.
