Key Responsibilities:

As a Freight Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely, secure, and efficient delivery of freight services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and in-person interactions, ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate information about their freight shipments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions to clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and freight shipments.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's services.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
