Job Description

As a Blended Agent at arenaflex, you will be cross-trained to support multiple clients, handling inbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer service needs. You will follow a guided process and log each call in arenaflex's Connection CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts
  • Gathering and verifying customer information and documenting it in the appropriate system
  • Following a guided process to resolve customer service needs
  • Providing exceptional customer service, handling upset customers, and de-escalating situations
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • High Call Volume Environment: Experience working in a high call volume environment, with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Abilities: Ability to navigate multiple systems with your computer, including installing and uninstalling programs, and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Availability: Must be available to train on weekdays, with open availability 24/7 to work shifts inside arenaflex's hours of operation.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous Call Center Experience: Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Remote Work Experience: Previous experience working remotely, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work.
  • Basic Technical Support Experience: Basic technical support experience, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and software issues.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Training Availability: Must be available to train on weekdays, with training taking place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST).
  • Availability: Must have open availability 24/7 to work shifts inside arenaflex's hours of operation.
  • Attendance: Attendance is vital, with a strong commitment to meeting attendance and punctuality requirements.
  • Quiet Workspace: Must have a quiet place to work at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise on calls.

Tech Requirements

To perform the duties of this role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Desktop Computer: A desktop Windows computer, with a recent generation Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 processor, or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 processor.
  • RAM: 8GB RAM, with 16GB RAM preferred.
  • Dual Monitor: A dual monitor setup, with a high-quality USB headset.
  • Internet Connection: A hardwired internet connection, with minimum speeds of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload, and less than 20ms ping stability.
  • No Spectrum: Must not use Spectrum internet service.

Pay and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive pay rate, with a range of $13.00-$15.00 hourly, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for:

  • PT Sick Time: Eligible for PT sick time after 6 months of employment.
  • Paid Time Off: Eligible for paid time off and 401k with company match after 1 year of employment.
  • Perfect Attendance Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for a perfect attendance quarterly bonus.
