Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
- Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds our customers' expectations
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience that leaves a lasting impression on our customers
- Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services

Must reside in the United States, with a preference for applicants living within a 50-mile radius of our local sites.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, with a minimum age of 18.
Equipment and Internet:
Must have a: + 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch) + Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) + Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up + A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile) + Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment + Desk and an ergonomic chair
