Job Responsibilities:

As a Proofreader & Customer Representative Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Proofreading Written and Digital Work Product:

Review and edit written content, including marketing materials, internal documents, emails, press releases, and website text, to ensure accuracy, grammar, punctuation, syntax, usage, consistency, and brand voice.

Crosschecking References and Data:

Verify the accuracy of all referenced facts, dates, pages, values, and double-check cross-referenced materials, such as websites, newspapers, and source and reference logs.

Review Output for Consistency:

Ensure that content is consistent with company-wide work, campaigns, products, or brand guidelines.

Collaborate with Team Members:

Attend team meetings, provide constructive editorial input, and communicate with team members to effectuate consistent, accurate, and high-quality work product.

Improve Editing Processes:

Suggest process improvements to create efficiencies and enhance the editing process.
