Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide friendly and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our airport stations, including the ticket counter, baggage claim area, and gate regions.
  • Handle customer transactions, including check-in, baggage handling, and ticketing, using electronic systems and manual processes.
  • Process payments, make change, and balance transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer complaints and issues, using our electronic systems and manual processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to handle the demands of the role.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry.

  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
  • Experience with electronic systems and manual processes, including check-in, baggage handling, and ticketing.
