The Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Coppell, TX. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service, maintaining customer accounts, and performing related duties. This is a night and weekend shift position, with a training schedule from 11am to 7:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

* Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from customers

  • Helping customers set up their online shops, design products, and troubleshoot issues with their Printful Store and E-Commerce platform
  • Assisting customers with setting up their E-Commerce platforms
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues

* Excellent customer-focused experience and a proven track record of providing top-tier customer service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and live chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a home-based environment, with occasional on-site attendance at our Coppell facility
