As a Manager of Customer Insights on our Lowes Media Networks (LMN) team, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals and deepen their understanding of our customers. Your Impact As a Manager of Customer Insights, you'll engage directly with our top clients to review their media investments, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and develop strategic plans to drive business results. You'll work closely with our sales and account management teams to formulate media strategies that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Your expertise will be invaluable in elevating our clients' understanding of our customers and informing their marketing decisions. What You'll Do * Create annual strategic learning plans for the businesses you support, aligning with arenaflex's overall marketing strategy and goals. * Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, ensuring they receive actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth. * Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing strategic recommendations for future media investments to grow business at arenaflex. * Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into actionable insights, delivering these recommendations to both internal leadership and external vendor-partners. * Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights. * Tell compelling data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables. * Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights to support other client-facing teams, such as sales and account management. * Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback. * Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's LMN Insights team and the broader retail media business. Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative. * 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics. * Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management. * Expertise in storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way. * Experience with A/B testing and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA). * Proven experience in leading teams and delivering business impact. * Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment. * Familiarity with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics).
