As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers from the comfort of your own home. You'll be responsible for handling customer service calls, resolving complex issues, and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. With a consultative approach, you'll help our customers stay connected to what matters most, while driving sales and meeting monthly goals.
What you'll do:
* Handle customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades
- Use creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns
- Navigate between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
- Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services
- Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources
- Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
- Perform basic troubleshooting on both products and services
- Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service
What you'll get:
* Competitive hourly rate of $15.54 - $17.36, with additional compensation up to $3,000 if all sales goals and performance expectations are met

What we're looking for:
* Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with occasional overtime required
- Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple tools and systems
- Consultative approach to customer service
- Passion for technology and customer service
- Ability to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
Work from Home Requirements:
* Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs)
- Established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
- AT&T will provide all necessary equipment (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.)
- Workspace must meet WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.)
- Participation in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
