Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including registering sales, handling returns, and processing voids and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient and medication data, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Director or Senior Supervisor
Client Experience:
* Draw in customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Settle customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Model and offer customer service best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience
Tasks:
* Provide customers with gracious, friendly, quick, and effective help
- Recommend products available for purchase to customers and suggest upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Register customer buys on assigned sales register, collect cash, and disperse change as needed; process voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades as necessary
- Take customers to the OTC walkway when possible to help with finding products
- Keep counters and retail areas clean and well-maintained, take stock, and maintain records
- Check in and cost stock as required or as directed by senior supervisor or communicated by the shift leader
System Summary:
* Models and conveys a particular and great client experience
- Registers deals on relegated sales register, provides clients with considerate, fair, agreeable, and proficient checkout administration
- As per state and government guidelines, helps the drug specialist, under direct management, in the act of drug store
- Liable for utilizing drug store frameworks to acquire patient and medication data and cycle remedies
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or healthcare environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6 months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex
- Strong numerical skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
- Familiarity with store stock control systems
- PTCB certification
