About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Conversational AI and Live Chat Support, you will be a key member of our Computerization Development team, responsible for driving the development and execution of cutting-edge chat automation capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data science, to design and deliver innovative products that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product development efforts and define product requirements that drive customer experience improvements

  • Influence customer data, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to analyze existing solutions and develop future capabilities
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments
  • Work with core product teams to define customer stories, guide product definition, and establish comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to define future feature planning
  • Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identify ways to improve the experience
  • Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear data-driven product recommendations
  • Maintain and refine the product backlog, planning customer stories to meet the needs of the end-user, while focusing on business value
  • Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to ensure alignment and effective communication

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Jira, Git)

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
  • Experience with machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) technologies
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and APIs (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • Certification in product management or a related field (e.g., Certified Product Manager, Agile Certified Practitioner)

Skills and Competencies

* Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop data-driven recommendations

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
