Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our database, processing prescriptions, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and prescription data

• Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information, checking for allergies and interactions, and dispensing medications
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely prescription fulfillment
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling patient information
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field

• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the states within the region
• Experience performing prescription filling and checking, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
• Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and checking, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy software and technology systems, including electronic health records and prescription management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
