Your Impact
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and promoting arenaflex's latest products and services
- Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide personalized recommendations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
Your Day-to-Day
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Sales, your day-to-day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to grow. You will:
- Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Utilize various tools and systems to research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We're Looking For
* Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation
- Desire to work onsite in one of our call centers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using various software applications

- Potential to earn up to $3,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met
