Experienced Remote Customer Service Fraud Specialist – Payment Technology and Security

What Part Will You Play?

As an Experienced Remote Customer Service Fraud Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in protecting our customers from financial loss and preventing fraudulent activity. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing merchants and cardholders of 5 or more assigned clients with standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues.
  • Assisting with the completion of the lost/stolen report, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity.
  • Building credit card replacement orders and completing shipping materials.
  • Developing knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques, and the expertise of more experienced fraud analysts.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Experienced Remote Customer Service Fraud Specialist. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent + A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months + Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mid-shift to late shifts and weekends + Willingness to be on camera at all times + Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months + Experience in banking customer service + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Skills / Knowledge:

+ Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks + Develops knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research, and expertise of more experienced fraud analysts

Job Complexity:

+ Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes + Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice

Supervision:

+ Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work + Requires instructions on all assignments + Works under close supervision
