What You'll Do

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service across various channels, including online, in-person, and over the phone
• Welcoming customers and working to deliver the best possible customer experience
• Accurately assisting customers with loan applications from start to finish
• Collaborating with team leads to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Answering all customer questions, no matter how complex or straightforward
• Utilizing arenaflex's best practices to provide consistent and outstanding customer service
• Working with money, including accurately reconciling cash drawers
• Building strong relationships with customers and teammates through active listening and effective communication
• Participating in ongoing learning and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Completing other responsibilities assigned by your management team

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Phone Customer Service experience preferred, but not required
• A strong dedication to helping others and delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience in a service-related field, with cash handling experience a plus
• A willingness to work in an environment where performance will be measured and judged
• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations to meet staffing demands
• Understanding of the demands of working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent sales skills focused on growing arenaflex
• Strong observational skills and great judgment
• A willingness to stay coachable and continue learning and growing with our company
• Computer proficiency required, with experience in CRM software a plus
