Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to our store
• Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to customers
• Work with our food program and provide excellent customer care
• Maintain our high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers
• Interact with many customers daily and work with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch service to customers
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail and customer service experience (a plus!)

Preferred Qualifications

If you have:

• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• Motivation to advance in your career
• Willingness to learn and have fun
• Experience working in a similar retail environment

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
