The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. You'll be the internal advocate for our customers and partners, listening to their concerns, and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality service and support to customers and fleet partners via phone, email, and chat/text

  • Solve problems and thoughtfully address issues experienced by customers and partners
  • Act as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer and partner issues
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers and partners
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat
  • A positive attitude and passion for success
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience
  • Able to type 50+ WPM
  • College degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role at a tech-enabled company

  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of car repair and maintenance industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
