Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role combines accurate data entry with customer service responsibilities to ensure seamless data management and exceptional client support. As a Data Entry Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and helpful assistance to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate data in our company databases and systems.

Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company databases and systems.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and helpful assistance.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality by following company policies and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer service and data entry processes.
  • Prepare reports based on collected data and customer feedback.
  • Assist in creating and updating process documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and empathetic demeanor.
