Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for handling phone calls from our clients' existing customers, answering their questions, and providing solutions to their queries. You'll work independently, using your own computer and Google Chrome browser, to deliver exceptional customer service.
