Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data into various systems, databases, and files with accuracy and efficiency
  • Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless communication with colleagues and clients
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • The ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of independence and motivation
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Clerk, with a strong understanding of data entry procedures and protocols
  • 1 year of experience with Excel/Filing, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets and databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
