Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our legal operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately inputting and updating client and case information into our firm's database, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and consistency.
- Verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Maintaining and organizing electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval, ensuring that our team can quickly locate and access the information they need.
- Assisting with generating reports and data analysis as required by the legal team, providing valuable insights and support to our attorneys and paralegals.
- Collaborating with attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency, working closely with our team to achieve our goals.
- Managing and prioritizing multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Supporting the administrative team with additional tasks as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the success of our team.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, demonstrating your ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
