Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Online Chat Representative to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs effectively, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries via live chat
  • Assisting guests with reservation modifications and cancellations
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective problem-solving strategies
  • Providing information about hotel services, policies, and local attractions
  • Documenting guest interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Staying informed about hotel promotions and offerings to effectively assist guests

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or customer service related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting
