Job Summary

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping our clients generate revenue. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and facilitate the sales process
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a proven track record of handling multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a proven track record of handling multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow
