Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Health and Wellness Center, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming, greeting, and assisting all students, members, and visitors entering the facility
• Opening and closing the fitness facility, ensuring proper access and security
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment for all facility users
• Operating a cash register and handling financial transactions
• Working independently while providing exceptional customer service

Key Qualifications:

* High school education or equivalent

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook
• Ability to run a cash register and work independently
• No prior experience necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

* One year of customer service and/or general office experience

• Knowledge of recreational sports

Skills and Competencies:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
