Job Summary
As an Experienced Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a timely and professional manner, utilizing active listening skills, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
- Provide information regarding arenaflex products and services, demonstrating knowledge and expertise to address member queries and concerns.
- Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs, providing opportunities for positive member interaction and driving cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalate concerns, and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies, ensuring that your knowledge is current and accurate.
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or customer support environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
