Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Upsell products and services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring seamless and efficient issue resolution
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns

- Must reside in California, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
