Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
  • Providing in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our automotive dealer clients
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients generate revenue and grow their business
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and think critically under pressure

Requirements

To join our team, you'll need to:

  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
  • Meet the qualifications outlined above, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and adapting to change
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers and clients
