Responsibilities
As a Phone and Chat Specialist with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing multiple chat channels simultaneously to provide exceptional customer service
- Following established communication scripts to handle various topics and ensure consistency
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching solutions, and providing alternatives to meet their needs
- Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide solutions
- Performing data entry and customer service tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Navigating online efficiently to verify nurses' credentials and facilitate shift pick-ups
- Working requests and records received from nurses requesting to sign up for shifts
- Identifying customers' needs, researching to determine if they have the necessary credentials
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to cross-train as needed
- Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, with a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
Qualifications
To succeed as a Phone and Chat Specialist with arenaflex, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
- 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
- Technical savvy and proficiency in navigating online systems
- Previous remote work from home experience a plus
- Quick learning skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
- A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required
Pay and Benefits
As a Phone and Chat Specialist with arenaflex, you'll enjoy:
- Starting pay of $14/hour, with shift differential (extra $1/hr nights and weekends) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
- Work hours between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST), with rotating weekends
- Paid training for 3 weeks, from 8:00am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday
- Full-time status with 40 hours per week
- Equipment provided for full-time permanent employees, including a laptop or desktop, USB headset, and high-speed internet connection

- A laptop or desktop with an Intel Core i5 5200 Series or greater processor

- A firewall enabled, with a recent scan completed
