The Role

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in guiding the development and support of Provider Networks, as well as unit cost management activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting. You'll work closely with our network management team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop creative solutions to complex problems. With a wide range of products and services, including Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Managed Medicaid, you'll have the flexibility to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide the development and support of Provider Networks, ensuring that our network management activities are aligned with our strategic goals and objectives

  • Conduct financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop creative solutions to complex problems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers, payers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or finance

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as customer service, network management, or healthcare administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or finance

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as customer service, network management, or healthcare administration
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations
  • Certification in a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Healthcare Administrator (CHA)
  • Experience working with data analysis tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of perks and benefits, including:
