U.S. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
- Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
- Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (with the exception of those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Primarily performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
- Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
- Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience in claims coordination or a related field
- Knowledge of claims management systems and software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
