Position Purpose
As a Product Principal at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains. You'll be responsible for driving business value through the production of quality products, improving customer satisfaction, and driving sales and efficiency. You'll work closely with Product Directors and cross-functional program leaders to guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Principal at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
Delivery and Execution (10%):
Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope is known and aligned. Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
Strategy and Planning (60%):
Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes. Cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams. Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
Team and Stakeholder (30%):
Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.

This position typically reports to a Director and has 0 direct reports.
Travel Requirements
This position typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Physical Requirements
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications
* Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is between $125,000 - $250,000. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
